When Justice Is Questioned – Saturday at 20:00

Saturday at 20:00 | Insight Talkshow with Pastor Torp

There are stories that don’t just inform… they stir something deeper.
Stories that make us pause, reflect, and quietly ask: Where is justice?

In this conversation, with pastor Torp, Attorney-at-Law Erik Bryn Tvedt speaks with honesty and urgency as he defends Lillian Gran — a mother whose situation raises serious concerns about the very system meant to protect.

According to her defense, Lillian has spent nearly six months in prison, not for harming her children, but for staying in contact with them. Now, she has also been subjected to four weeks of forced psychiatric observation. At the same time, access to thousands of pages of legal documents has reportedly been restricted — making a full and fair defense increasingly difficult.

Even more troubling are the claims regarding her children, currently placed in a government-approved foster home, where their situation is said to have significantly worsened.

In the midst of all this, questions arise about transparency, about the role of the media, and about how much the public is truly allowed to see and understand.

With strong words, Bryn Tvedt states: “We have made a system of injustice in Norway.”

A story that challenges, shakes, and calls us to reflect : it’s a human story — of a mother, of children, and of a system under scrutiny.
